Pomembno je, da se otroci \u017ee v rani mladosti dovolj gibajo ter navajajo telo na razli\u010dne fizi\u010dne izzive, s katerimi se bodo soo\u010dali v \u017eivljenju. \u010ce jim dovolj zgodaj privzgojimo skrb za svoje telo in jih spodbujamo da vztrajajo, se bodo tudi v odrasli dobi zavedali pomembnosti in prednosti gibanja za svojo dobrobit.<\/p>\n

Za zdravo, vitalno in postavno telo je potrebno veliko samodiscipline in vztrajnosti, ki jo najla\u017eje ohranjamo v skupinah s skupnim namenom in ciljem.<\/p>\n

Otroci saj s svojo \u010disto energijo znajo v skupinah \u010dutiti veliko veselja in radosti ob tem ko se igrajo in gibajo. Vse kar potrebujejo je dobro vodenje ob\u010dutek varnosti in sprejetosti.<\/p>\n
